At OfficeCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve made returning items simple and straightforward.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Consumables like toner or ink must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
How to Return an Item

- We will provide you with a returns reference number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or product, please follow the same returns process. Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch your replacement.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
