Overall, I'm really pleased with the outcome. The new machine is fantastic, and having everything included in the package was a huge plus for me. However, we did encounter some network issues during the installation process. Thankfully, Sam was incredibly patient and worked through the problems until everything was sorted. I have to say, Sam's commitment to get everything up and running smoothly was impressive. Sam recommended and installed a new HP Printer that works perfectly for us and he has provided a scan to email facility which is great! I would highly recommend contacting Sam for any print, copy or scan requirements.
